Santorini Travel Diaries - Bathing Suit Edition

DSC_6782It's been a little while since my last post. Last week was a very difficult week for me, I just couldn't bring myself to blog. It was distressing, frustrating, and just emotionally draining. There are a lot of misunderstanding surrounding the Black Lives Matter movement, and I hope people realize that being for BLM does not mean one is against Law Enforcement. This is not an issue where you have you have to choose one side over the other - humanity knows no color, title, religious affiliation, nationality, etc. At a time when our country is going through a very difficult time; I pray for understanding, peace, unity, and most importantly, love.DSC_6769A bathing suit is a must have when you are traveling to an island. Santorini is not exactly known for idyllic white sands and crystal clear blue water but it does have several unique beaches such as Red Beach (contains red sand), Kamari Beach (contains black sand) and White Beach (contains white sand). Our hotel was within walking distance of Kamari Beach; I had every intention of passing by the beach before our flight to Athens but we didn't have enough time to do so. I'm wearing a Victoria Secret bathing suit and a straw hat from Amazon.DSC_6776DSC_6787DSC_6767DSC_6766DSC_6764DSC_6762DSC_6760DSC_6754DSC_6750Thank you all for stopping by, don't forget to subscribe to the blog via email!
